Kate Middleton Pays Tribute to Queen Elizabeth II and Princess Diana at King Charles III’s Coronation

During King Charles III and Queen Camilla’s coronation at Westminster Abbey on May 6, Kate Middleton paid homage to the late Queen Elizabeth II and Princess Diana by donning some of their exquisite jewels. Kate wore a layered diamond necklace that belonged to the late Queen Elizabeth II, along with pearl drop earrings that once belonged to Princess Diana. Her striking outfit was completed with a royal blue cape and a dazzling silver headpiece.

Kate was not the only one from her family who had a regal moment at the coronation. Her 8-year-old daughter, Princess Charlotte, also looked adorable in her royal outfit. The mother-daughter duo was joined by Prince William and their other children, Prince George and Prince Louis.

Prince George had a significant role in the coronation as one of the four Pages of Honour, making him the youngest royal to have a formal role in the occasion. This role included carrying his grandfather’s robes inside Westminster Abbey as part of the procession.

Before the ceremony, William and Kate expressed their excitement about their eldest son’s big role. The family shared many adorable moments during the coronation, including Louis pointing something out to his younger sister, George making a silly face while riding in the family carriage, and Louis adorably trying to get his mother’s attention.
